Ordering

Placing an Order

Customers have the option of placing orders via telephone or fax. Telephone orders may be placed Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (EST). Fax orders are accepted at any time. Customers must have an account with Siser® North America to place an order For new customers, please contact our sales department to set up an account. Orders / Changes / Backorders

Drop ship orders received by 3:30PM (EST) will generally be shipped the same day. Stock orders generally will not be shipped the same day. Fax orders received after normal business hours that are stock will generally ship the following business day. Add-ons, deletions or order cancellations are not possible because of the speed of our order processing. Please check your order for accuracy and completeness before submitting. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified of availability, alternatives and charges.

Create an Account

Our team will help you in setting up an account. A customer credit application and Tax ID resale certificate are required in order to set up an account. Orders can be shipped by using a major credit card until credit has been established.

Payment Terms

Siser® North America offers several payment terms to suit your needs:

  1. Credit Card. We accept Visa and MasterCard
  2. C.O.D cashier check / money order.
  3. C.O.D company check.
  4. Siser® North America net 30 account.
Orders can be shipped by a major credit card or must be paid for in advance until credit has been established.

Note: All dishonored checks will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Any unpaid balances over 30 days will accrue a monthly finance fee of 2%.

Orders ship UPS unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped FOB from the Siser® North America warehouse. We cannot accept liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. Siser® North America may ship an order in separate packages.

Returns

How to Return an Item

A request for return authorization must be made within 15 days of invoice date. In order to process your return quickly and accurately, returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RA) issued by our Customer Service Department Representative. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All returned merchandise shall be returned in its original packaging and shall not show any signs of use, abuse or damage. Merchandise returned without a RA number will be refused and will not be processed for credit.

You can download and complete the RA form to submit to your Customer Service Rep to receive your RA number.


Return Policy

Complete rolls / yardage can be returned, damage free, prepaid freight with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days, per Siser® NA's authorization. Custom and / or non-stock items cannot be returned - these items have been cut / designed specifically for you.

Damage due to freight carrier

If a customer recognizes a damaged shipment, they should refuse shipment. Otherwise, Siser® North America must be notified immediately and product must be returned in the original packaging no later than 30 days of the invoice. The claim will be evaluated and refunded. Please provide photographs of the damage.
